Beginning September 10th, our Christian Education Team will be offering adult courses for the Fall trimester. Many of these classes meet Sunday evening from 5:00 - 6:30pm, simultaneous to KiC@Nite (i.e. Kids in Community) and Junior High Youth Group.
MCC Inquirers Course (100 level): Inquirers is designed for newer folks who want to know more about MCC as well as those curious about church membership. The Inquirers Course lasts for 90 minutes each week and incorporates teaching time together with laid-back, informal discussion. Taught by Pastor Travis and Pastor Don, meets on Sunday evenings beginning September 10th. COURSE FILLED.
Delegated Dollars: Biblical Stewardship for All of Life (200 level): Beginning September 10th, our fall stewardship course is designed to help you honor God and love your neighbor with both your time and your money. Taught by Rob Wilson and Josh Terry, who have a combined 30+ years in financial fields, you will learn Biblical principles and real-world applications over the course of six Sunday evening sessions. Learning to Fish: Sharing the Gospel With Those Around Us (300 level): Do you want to learn how to better and more boldly share your faith? Do you want to grow in conveying the truth of the Gospel to your neighbors? If so, we will be having an Evangelism Course during our 9am service, beginning September 10th. Taught by Rindo Barese, Steve Swartz, and Paul Carr, this class is sure to encourage and equip you. CLICK TO REGISTER.
MCC's Christian Education (CE) team is committed to offering three levels of education that serve all stages of adult development:
- 100 Level - Exploring Christ: These classes provide a solid foundation for new guests, new believers, new members, and those wanting to revisit the basics.
- 200 Level - Growing in Christ: These classes cover Biblical and practical topics for those both new and not so new to MCC, who are looking to continue their growth.
- 300 Level - Centered on Christ: These classes drill down deeper into more specialized topics and/or doctrinal questions.
